Error 401


Error 401 is a temporary issue that can be resolved by restarting the kiosk. The quickest and easiest way is to unplug the entire unit from power, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in.

Please make sure to reboot the Chromebox and not just the screen. The kiosk application will download data and resume normal operation.
