In case a Chromebox doesn't enroll properly the first time, please follow these steps to wipe the device. Also, if a Chromebox has been logged in to (regular login), wiping needs to be done. In case there are any issues with enterprise enrollment also use this process to wipe the Chromebox.
Wipe & Re-Enroll the Chromebox
To resolve this issue, the Chromebox needs to wiped (factory reset) & reenrolled. Before starting, gather the following parts:
1. USB Keyboard
Turn off the Chromebox by holding the power button down for 5 seconds. When complete the power light will be off.
Connect a USB Keyboard to the front of the Chromebox, and put a paperclip into the recovery button hole:
Press down the recovery button with the paperclip while turning on the Chromebox
Please Note: the image above is for an Asus brand Chromebox. The power button may look slightly different with a different model, but will be located on front or top of the Chromebox
As the screen boots up, a yellow exclamation point will appear. Press Ctrl + D on the keyboard
When the below screen appears, press the recovery button with the paperclip again:
When the below screen appears, press the spacebar on the keyboard, then press Enter to confirm
Once Enter is pressed, the below screen will appear, and the Chromebox will reboot
Once powered on, the Chromebox will display the first setup screen. Press the Tab key on the keyboard to navigate to the "Select a Network" section. After configuring your WiFi connection, tap on "Continue":
Please Note: If you are using a wired LAN connection, there is no need to choose a WIFi network; the Chromebox will connect automatically
Please read the Google OS Terms carefully, and then hit “Accept and Continue”
On the login screen appears (see below), press Ctrl + Alt + E on the keyboard to switch to the “Enterprise Enrollment” screen
Once on the Enterprise Enrollment Screen, enter the login credentials for the Wondersign Service being used:
After successful enrollment, the below screen will appear. Press Enter to proceed
The Chromebox will automatically install and launch the Wondersign application
Please Note: Depending on which Wondersign service you logged into in step 11, the screen above will be slightly different, but will still feature a plan white background, and a status of the application's launch.
Once the application is launched, the device will download any updates, and return to normal operation.
If a 6-digit pairing code appears, follow the appropriate instructions below:

Write down the pairing code and log in to ashley.catalogkiosk.com. Once logged in, go to the Devices section, enter the pairing code and name your device. Write down the pairing code and log in using your Wondersign account at https://my.wondersign.com. Go to the Devices section, click on Activate New Player and enter the pairing code to activate the player. Once the device is paired, it will play a demo Wondersign video until content is assigned to the playlist.
